Очень теплая квартира, высокие потолки, просторная лоджия (застекленная), два дивана, оба раскладываются на два спальных места. Новые как диваны, так и все принадлежности для сна и быта. Телевизор, Wi-Fi, холодильник, микроволновка, стиральная машинка, предметы быта.
Не сдается для вечеринок и гулянок, лицам, не достигшим 25 лет.
