Advantages:

Приветливые «хозяйки». Квартира чистая, ремонт в норме. Распашонка, комнаты на две стороны, никто никому не мешает. Исторический центр города в шаговой доступности. Магазины рядом.

Disadvantages:

Одна из комнат выходит на проспект, окно не откроешь. Зашли не сразу, нам сообщили неправильный код от бокса с ключом.
