Цены и размер депозита в праздничные дни - уточняйте. В доме улучшенной планировки с прекрасным видом из окна сдается квартира на 9-м этаже. Однокомнатная с большой лоджией, собственным индивидуальным отоплением и со всем необходимым оборудованием и принадлежностями. Всегда чистое бельё и полотенца. Цена указана за двоих ( одно спальное место). Каждое доп. спальное место + 200 руб. При заселение берем депозит 1000 рублей. Возвращается после приема квартиры и уборки.

Advantages:

Просторная квартира Мне было удобно относительно моих дел в пешей доступности от квартиры. Если вы приезжаете погулять по городу и на территории Кремля - выбирайте другую квартиру.

Disadvantages:

Нет шкафа для вещей. Неудобные стулья на кухне. Если будет проживать семья из 3х человек элементарно Вам некуда будет повесить и положить вещи (как я понимаю предлагаются для этой цели стулья и дверь …..) По ответу на мой отзыв вы сможете оценить уровень гостеприимства хозяйки
