Все для комфортного проживания от 1 до 4 человек. Качественное постельное белье, полотенца, вся необходимая посуда. Мебель и техника новые. Очень уютная квартира.

Не сдается для шумных компаний и вечеринок. Без животных. Курить в квартире запрещено.

Безналичный расчет и расчет переводом на карту. Предоставляю документы.

Бесконтактное заселение. Залог 1 000 руб.

Порядок бронирования, заселения и отъезда:

1. Оформление брони, подписание договора, оплата и получение инструкции по заселению возможны до 21 часа.
2. После бронирования в день заезда гость должен отправить запрос в Суточно или на Макс или на другой мессенджер с указанием имени и адреса квартиры.
3. Подтвердить данные из брони (фамилия и имя, номер телефона, адрес электронной почты) на сервисе электронных договоров Оки Доки. Подписать договор.
4. Сообщить о планируемом времени приезда и получить инструкцию по бесконтактному заселению.
5. После заселения сразу произвести оплату оставшейся суммы и залога.

6. В день отъезда до 12 часов выехать из квартиры и сразу написать об этом. Сообщить информацию куда должен быть отправлен залог.
7. Залог возвращается в течение дня после полной уборки квартиры.
